Saiko-I Sushi Lounge and Hibachi Introduces a Fresh Wave of Asian Cuisine

Saiko-I Sushi Lounge and Hibachi in Parkland is scheduled to launch on April 2.

The new dining establishment, which will be located at 5791 Coral Ridge Drive in Coral Springs, near Parkland, is expected to meet the growing demand for authentic Asian cuisine. According to Unison Restaurant Group, it will have a 4,000-square-foot facility for 180 customers.

Tina Wang and Chef Jason Zheng founded Saiko-I Sushi Lounge, which specializes on fresh sushi and Japanese food. The duo has already been recognized for their contributions to South Florida’s dining scene through establishments such as Coco Sushi Lounge and Bar in Delray Beach, Koi in Fort Lauderdale, Saiko-i Lounge and Hibachi in Boca Raton, Yakitori Sushi House in West Delray, and Yakitori Sake House in East Boca.

The menu includes a variety of Asian dishes, such as Mongolian beef, sirloin, lobster, and shrimp hibachi.

“Our objective is to extend this culinary journey to as many guests as possible,” stated Tina Wang, co-owner of Unisolo Restaurant Group.

Unisolo Restaurant Group owns eight restaurants in Palm Beach and Broward counties, with over 60,000 square feet of eating area and more than 100 employees. The group’s most recent addition, Peking Duck House in Pompano Beach, reinforces its regional expansion strategy.
